I bring over 20 years of experience in sales management and marketing, with specialized expertise across the Hospitality, Travel & Tourism, Retail, and Information Technology industries. My credentials include certifications as a Master Trainer, Corporate Trainer, and ICF-certified Life & Executive Coach, alongside a Bachelor of Arts degree and a diploma in International Business Management.

A pivotal shift in my career occurred approximately five years ago with my dedicated focus on Soft Skills. Understanding that these fundamental capabilities, though often unarticulated, are inherent to personal and professional success, I chose to specialize in this vital area of training.
